Delivery
Typical delivery from Canada to the US/Canada takes somewhere between 5 to 10 BUSINESS days and to International takes somewhere between 10 to 15 BUSINESS days. Canada does not have mail service on Saturday, Sunday or Statutory days. So please be patient, if your order doesn't arrive within 12 BUSINESS days please contact us immediately.
Return Policy
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. An item can only be returned if it is damaged, defective or not complete as stated. All of these orders must be reported by email to me within 48 hours from the delivery date. The item must be returned in its original package. Once the defective or damaged item is received it will be replaced or your money will be refunded if it is not in stock. If you return or exchange any items for any other reason you will incur a 15% restocking fee and may incur additional shipping cost if you decide you want another item shipped.
